The combination of these three training concepts has lead to the development of our 45 minute workout experiences, programmed for your health and fitness goals 365 days a year , thats a new workout for you every single day of the year! This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle !
